We visit at a time that suits you to see the space, how it is used and what matters to you. Booking a walkthrough doesn't commit you to anything.
Understanding your requirements
We discuss the standard you expect, access, security, working hours and any problem areas.
Cleaning specification
We set out in writing what will be cleaned, how often and when. This becomes the reference point for the service.
Quotation
You receive a clear recurring price for the defined service. We don't sell by the hour; we price the agreed outcome.
Agreement and mobilisation
Once agreed, we organise the team, keys or access arrangements and the start date.
Ongoing management
We manage the cleaning team, monitor standards, handle normal absence and continuity, and stay in contact with you. If an issue is reported, we put it right within 48 hours.
