Do you cover Maidstone and Sittingbourne?
Yes. We serve Medway, Maidstone, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. Please include the property postcode when requesting a quote.
Do you publish fixed cleaning prices?
No. We provide tailored quotations based on the property, its condition and the agreed cleaning requirements.
Is carpet cleaning available?
Professional carpet cleaning may be arranged as an optional extra, subject to availability and quotation.
Is oven cleaning included?
Oven cleaning is included as standard in our end-of-tenancy cleaning service, with the agreed scope confirmed in your written quotation.
How much notice do you need?
All bookings are subject to availability. Tell us your preferred date and we will confirm what can be arranged.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
We check subcontractors’ relevant experience, equipment and appropriate insurance before assigning work. Some also come through recommendations.
What if something is missed?
Report cleaning concerns within 48 hours of completion. Where an omission within the agreed scope is confirmed, we will arrange corrective cleaning within 72 hours of your report at no additional charge, subject to reasonable access and our booking terms.
Do you provide completion photographs?
We use completion checklists and can provide photographs where agreed and appropriate.
