What we agree before cleaning
Your quotation sets out the work included. End-of-tenancy cleaning includes oven cleaning. Professional carpet cleaning is an optional extra, subject to availability and separate quotation.
Reporting an issue
If you believe an area covered by the agreed cleaning specification was missed or inadequately cleaned, please email info@pristineupkeep.co.uk within 48 hours of completion. Include the property reference or address, a description of the concern and photographs where helpful.
Corrective cleaning
Where we confirm a cleaning omission within the agreed scope, we will arrange appropriate corrective cleaning within 72 hours of your report at no additional charge, subject to reasonable property access and safe working conditions. We will coordinate the return visit with you.
What is not covered
This commitment does not cover new dirt or soiling after the clean, permanent staining, pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, inaccessible areas, or tasks excluded from the written quotation. A cleaning service cannot guarantee an inventory outcome or deposit return.
