Carpet cleaning may be arranged as an optional extra, subject to availability. Oven cleaning is included as standard in end-of-tenancy cleaning, with the agreed scope confirmed in writing.

Clear cleaning standards
If an area within the agreed specification has been missed or inadequately cleaned, please tell us within 48 hours of completion. Where an omission is confirmed, we will arrange corrective cleaning within 72 hours of your report at no additional charge, subject to reasonable access and our booking terms. New soiling, wear and tear, permanent staining and work outside the agreed scope are excluded.
